Terms
- Aura Life is only a venue. The tariff does not include any catering, decor or DJ services.
- Renting party is responsible for arranging their own catering, music and decor for the event.
- A 100% deposit is required to confirm a venue booking at Aura Life.
- 18% GST applicable on all bookings.
- A complete guest list with names, phone numbers of all expected guests must be provided to confirm a venue booking at Aura Life.
- A portable toilet must be arranged by the renting party for guests over 25.
- Event guests are not allowed inside the main residence. Exceptions are made only for guests who have a homestay booking.
- Any and all events may only last for a maximum of 6 hours.
- The official closing time for the event is 12AM. Additional overtime is chargeable at 10K/hour. The exit time is considered at the time of the last vehicle leaving Aura (including decor, catering or housekeeping teams)
- Guests may use the swimming pool. Please note that while the swimming pool is cleaned and maintained daily, the color/cleanliness is subject to weather conditions.
- A guest room with bathroom en-suite adjoining the poolside will be provided for guests to use. Guests may use this bedroom for the restroom, changing, resting.
- Cleanliness and correct disposal of garbage, etc is enitrely the responsibility of the renting party. Any garbage/decor items left behind will be considered as damage to the property.
- A 25% refundable security deposit is taken in case of any overtime, damages, and or theft. This amount is refunded within 24 hours of the event finishing after the property has been checked.
- Stag parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not appreciated.
- Please keep in mind that the main residence space is shared with the owners.
- Please keep in mind that Aura is situated in the countryside. We encourage you to pay attention to the safety of your guests.
- Feeding the Aura pets is strictly prohibited.
